The Western Maryland Workforce is designed to provide a full range of assistance to job seekers. Located in Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties, the Workforce is comprised of centers that offer training, referrals, career counseling, job fairs and similar employment-related services.

The Western Maryland Workforce renders a wide range of no-cost employment and training services to both job seekers and employers.

Importantly, the Western Maryland Workforce can help job seekers to secure employment and to also intensify their work skills. We also play a core role on the job seekers side. Through us, job seekers can get assistance with their resumes and search & apply for job openings. Moreover, job seekers can receive in depth and comprehensive career guidance such as interview techniques, from the many workshops and training classes offered.
