Business Outreach Services Strategy Team (B.O.S.S. Team)
What is BOSS? A regional business services team serving the Western Maryland and surrounding areas comprised of various county, city and state of Maryland agencies, community organizations and local businesses to encourage a collaborative outreach effort.

Mission Statement
To collaborate and partner with business services, government agencies, workforce, veterans, community, DORS and education programs in order to provide the best outreach and services to the local community and businesses.

Vision Statement
Create an environment to connect businesses with high quality solutions through a collaborative and creative approach by:

-Cultivating rapport between workforce development partners.
-Exchanging information and ideas.
